Cleaning and sorting of leguminous vegetables

We clean and sort leguminous vegetables: beans, peas, chickpeas and lentils. We pay attention to every detail.

As part of the service, we perform activities such as:

• pre-cleaning
• cleaning with a destoner
• optical sorting - with a separator
• drying

The optical separator allows sorting by size, colour, shape, size and weight. This device uses light sensors and cameras to sort through a much larger quantity of a product in a short period of time.

• calibration: involves separating the s into different fractions according to their size (diameter)
